Action Movie Summer Camp 2011
Welcome to www.ActionMovieCamp.ie - the online information and booking website for the Curam de Cara Action Movie Makers' Summer Camp 2011.
Our 5 day summer camp is packed full of fun activities suitable for boys and girls from age 8 upwards. Our expert instructor team provide excellent tuition in basic martial arts, acrobatics, speech and drama, stunt choreography, film making and general kid’s fitness!
Each camp will write, choreograph, film and edit a full mini Action-movie project over the course of the camp. By the end of the Summer, we will have a minimum of 5 unique movies, which are then entered into the K2C Oscars Awards Ceremony at the end of August 2011.
The Oscars Academy Awards Ceremony is a glitz and glam, red carpet, big screen premiere event where all campers get to see the fruits of their labour for the very first time on the silver screen in front of their friends and family.
Over the passed 6 years, our camps have re-made films such as Harry Potter, Ghostbusters, The Wizard of Oz, Spiderman, Shrek and many more – all with an exciting action movie twist.
The Action Movie Makers’ Summer Camp is perfect for all budding actors/actresses, for martial arts maniacs or the casual action addicts and for those looking for an exciting alternative to thumb twiddling this summer! Each activity is suitable for all ability levels. No previous martial arts, acrobatics or acting experience necessary!
